Stopped in at Quarters because no trip to BG is complete without a Quarters visit. Saw they offered food through Double D's... Smokehouse and decided to give it a shot. Definitely glad I did! Ordered the pick two combo (rib tips and brisket) from theplatters menu and got the baked beans and mac-n-cheese as sides. Generous portion and enough to feed two people (or one hungrycollege kid). Rib tips were full of flavor and juicy. The brisket tasted a little tangy, which was unique. The beans had littlepieces of meat (brisket? bacon?) that added flavor and the BBQ sauce was on point. The only critique would be the mac-n-cheese.It wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out. The guy running Double D's is a great guy and very accommodating.
