Do you have all day to wait for lunch? Well if you do, this place is for you! I ordered threw the Starship app. I waited 1.5... hours for a smoothie and a salad, just to have them cancel my order. I then waited 45 minutes for starship customer service tonot care at all. They didn't even offer a coupon or an apology. Tropical smoothie wouldn't talk to me at all. They only pointedme to starship customer service, and said it wasn't their problem. The worst part is my three year old was so excited to seethe robots. Such disappointment can not be conveyed! I went through the drive-thru at 11:30am on a Saturday, nobody behind me, nobody in front of me. I ordered a wrap and a... smoothie. And while I waited at the window for ten minutes, I watched them run 4 curbside orders and take 2 orders at thecounter. I would have been fine waiting if somebody had acknowledged me, or even if they just told me it would be awhile. Butthe window never even opened. I drove away after ten minutes.
