I had been traveling all day. I drive a dually and needed diesel and Def. The Def lines are so tight that it takes everything... I have to pull it to my truck. Then I went inside to ask about air lines that work. I had tried airing up a front tire and theline I used not working and deflated my tire. The young clerk, that was on her phone, pointed to island 22 and said that theline on 17 worked. I ended going to everyone one, and only delayed my tire more. The air lines were trapped up, or even hadthe ends cut off. The machine in the front of the site for regular vehicles didn't work either. How are people suppose todrive safely when they cannot even get a tire re-inflated. Read more
I stopped here in the middle of the night traveling from Tennessee, and the pilot employee (Miss Taylor) was really kind and... helpful not to just me, but the other customers. Her level of energy was refreshing to see and very helpful. She was doing agreat job at keeping southern courtesy alive. Read more
the worst service. At McDonald's they don't respect the customer. 07.02.2022.I would like to improve my review. I'm a truck... driver, and I use I-26 a lot. My complaint is exactly with the poor service I received from McDonald's. At Pilot the serviceis excellent. The bathrooms and shower are clean and the parking area is large. I give Pilot five stars. The entire store was absolutely disgusting. The floors were not mopped or swept, the bathrooms were nasty, the mop was set... against the wall and looked as though they are only spot mopping. The smell when you walk in was horrible. Stuff was piled inthe isle. We walked in and turned around and walked out. Read more

People at gas station counter rude. I smile trying to be polite and the only response I got back is my cigerettes tossed at me... while a bubba stares blankly with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth. Very poor way to wait on a paying customer. No wonderwe Southerners are made fun of. To make it worse two other employees just watched one appeared to be a manager. This kind ofrudeness has happened several times with different employees so I shouldn't be surprised. Read more
