They do not answer the phone.. can?t find medium size NY style with two full toppings online well done light sauce. We are going... somewhere else now, They tell you we can?t answer the phone .. order online. Read more
Second time ordering the large NY style. Both times have been pretty good. Nice thin crust with a good sauce. The only thing is... that it is definitely on the floppy side. It?s actually almost better as leftovers because then you can throw it directly on theoven grates at around 400 and it crisps right up. If they could manage to improve the flop, I?d give it another star. Overall,I?ll definitely be back. Horrible first time experience, I called in for a large cheese and meatball pizza and the girl couldn't find meatballs on her... register, after 5 minutes she found it and I placed the order. She told me 35-40 minute wait. I showed up 45 minutes later andthe pizza was still not done, the lady stated it would be 5 to 7 minutes longer because they we're behind, well 35 minutes laterstill no pizza, I asked is my pizza ready? A different girl went to check and she came back with my pizza, it was not hot so Iassume they forgot about me even though I was in the restaurant waiting. 30 plus bucks for a pizza that's one step above frozenis insane!! No discount for the wait but the girl actually had the guts to say have a good day???????. Needless to say I willnever be back! Read more

Terrible service, was told pizza would be ready at 6:32, walked out of the store at 7:20 never waited this long for pizza in my... life. Instead of being upfront and honest I was spoon fed continuous false promises of only 5 or 10 more minutes. If the workerhad just been upfront I would have cancelled the order or at the very least left and come back, instead I wasted nearly an hourtime sitting in the store.
