Rude, Gen Z servers can't manage basic customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and received someone else's food, and they... didn't apologize or offer to help get my food back. We've ordered Copper Branch through Skip The Dishes numerous times to our work location. We have never been disappointed with... the food, however it has happened twice now where an entire meal has been missing. We always receive a refund, however it stillleaves someone without a lunch... I wish I could give this place more stars, but obviously some steps are being missed. Read more
