Moved into Bowmanville recently and always went to pizza nova. This time around after hearing so much great stuff about this... place on the FB pages I gave it a try and got a vegetarian pizza .... Terrible! The crust tasted like cardboard and stale. I wasso excited to try something local but literally after one bite I was disappointed. This used to be our go to pizza place. We use to love it. It?s been a while since we had pizza, so this past Saturday thought we... would treat ourselves to some pizza. Spent 68.00 after leaving a tip. Customer service was wonderful. Got home and noticed thepizza crust looked completely different. Taste like cardboard. Frozen pizza. Had a pepperoni slice today. I get that a slice is never as good as a fresh pizza but the slice was garbage. Cold, the crust and... the whole flavour wasn't good at all. Always had great slices in the past at the Newcastle location. Read more

Just ordered the deal and it tastes like cardboard. So disappointed! Our toddler took one bite and walked away.. our teenagers... couldn?t get through a piece.. no pizza sauce and extremely hard to chew. Customer service was great though. Read more
