For the past month or 2 it has been painfully slow taking my whole 15 min break to get a tea and a donut and the tea is wrong... 50% of the time. The staff are nice but the whole thing is way too slow and disorganized. This place is by far the BEST tim hortons I have ever been to. They have never, not even once messed up my order and usually... other Tim Hortons have off days where the coffee is not great but every single coffee I get served here taste fantastic as italways should be. I will go out of my way to go to THIS Tim Hortons. It's By far the best Tim Hortons in Bowmanville. Read more
Normally the service is good, the people are nice, but today, I watched the lady count money then took an order then stuck her... hands in the bag to open it and didn't even wash her hands first, then grabbed gloves, was touching the outside of the gloveswith her hands that she still hadn't washed.
