Convenient stop on the way to/from VA Beach. Bought a scratch-off and a very fresh sub on the way down, redeemed the... scratch-off ($15.00!) on the way back and enjoyed some jalapeno poppers and a hot dog. I love Sheetz food. Night crew food prep needs improvement. I try to pre order through the app so I can grab my food and be on my way, but there has... been 2-3 times I've shown up and it's not ready when I ordered 20 minutes before arrival. There has also been occasions where Ipay extra for something and I don't get it. Such as this evening when I paid .55 extra for a croissant bun and no one says, "Heysorry were out of this so we're not going to charge you". So I was blatantly ripped off again or someone just wasn't payingattention. The other sandwich I ordered requested onions that weren't there either. I've tried overlooking little mistakes hereand there, but it's every visit now. I'll just go spend more money across the street at Dunkin rather be frustrated EVERYpurchase. Read more
