Our neighbors had been telling us to try the wings here and they did not disappoint! I had the bourbon bbq and my wife the hot.... Both were great and the smokiness of the wings comes through very nicely. Read more
We have family in the area, so we visit a few times a year. The drink selection is always good and the smoked chicken wings are... great. Normally, the service is decent, but last weekend we visited and the male bartender/server was not friendly to ourgroup. We waited for a table (by the sign where it said to wait) and then thought we'd grab a drink at the bar while we waited. One of the individuals in our group tried to order a round of drinks and was told that since we were waiting for a table wecould not sit at the bar or order drinks and we had to stand by the sign, even though there was an open seat at the bar? Madeno sense. We then watched a table open up and waited for someone to clean it, when after a few minutes, no one did we walkedover to claim it before anyone else cut us in line. Out of nowhere, the same male bartender comes up and tells us to go backand wait at the sign in the front until they clean the table. Okay fine. Another five minutes goes by and at this point we'reabout to just walk out and find somewhere else to go. Finally, one of the female servers cleaned the table for us and was superfriendly and gave us great service. Not sure if the male bartender/server was just having a bad night or what, but he was veryunfriendly to us. We are very understanding of the understaffing issues (everywhere) but that didn't seem to be the issue onthis particular night. Our family are regulars here and we like coming here for the up north vibe and the good food, but pleasetry to treat your customers in a friendly manner! Read more
Everything about this place was great! The food was very good (we had smoked wings and smoked chicken nachos) and the atmosphere... and service were great too. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and time it takes to prepare smokedmeats. Definitely going back for brisket! Read more
Bar style BBQ joint. Ribs & pulled pork & pulled chicken were good not great. Sides were pretty tasty. We had mac 'n cheese,... cucumbers & onions, fries, hushpuppies & sweet potato fries. All good.
