The ambiance was nice and intimate, some of the music was right out of The Godfather and added to the vibe. Our server Dominick... (sp?) was attentive and helpful, he was accommodating when one of our guests asked to change the order. We started with drinksand the Italian mule was deliciously light with flavored vodka and pineapple juice in addition to the ginger beer. It gave it abit of sweetness that was not overpowering. The calamari with jalapeños and the steamed clams were delicious andflavorful. The angel hair bolognese and the stuffed mushrooms were ok. I had the roasted fig pizza and it’s too much for oneperson, great for sharing. Portions for most of the dishes were plenty and in my opinion could be shared family style to try abunch of different dishes. I’d definitely go back. We didn’t try the specialty cheesecake or any desserts, althoughDominick told us about this salted caramel cheesecake that sounded amazing. We’ll leave room for dessert next time. Read more

Ok, so we did a bunch of internet research and review reading. Well worth the drive. Awesome waitress, a real delight. The son... of the owner/son duo (both owners). could be a touch on the warmer side, but he was nice enough, I'll chalk it up to beingdistracted. The important thing is the food is unusually good and the service is great. Had a wonderful time at baciami. It was fabulous from the time I walked in and was greeted by Steve to being served by Stormi... and Matthew. I highly recommend coming here. They have a wonderful happy hour with a wide selection of drinks and food. We hadthe stone crab and they were fresh and delicious. If you want great food and service this is the place to go. Have to say I have mixed reviews about this place. Called up early in the day and questioned about wheelchair accessibility in... the bar during happy hour. Was assured it was no issue. Arrived around 530 or so last night. Dropped my group off outside andeven though in a powered wheelchair, needed assistance going up the handicapped ramp. So steep and I’m not sure ADAcompliant.(that is landlords responsibility) Entered restaurant to loud music and a crowded lounge with 2 large groupsoccupying most it. Found an open couch and attempted to sit at it. While we are able to find some room, the table was notconducive for the person in our group to eat at. It was too low and prevented access. Questioned the manager about possiblysitting at a regular table near the lounge and was denied. Complained about this and I wanted to leave. The person in thewheelchair didn’t want to make a scene so we passed on happy hour and sat at a regular table. Felt very dismissed. Wasforced to order the same apps for double the price. While the food was good, we will not be going back again. Will not supporta local place that doesn’t support all of its clientele. Read more
