Order last night everything was cold upon receiving it from the drive thru. How is the food cold when the drive thru is super... busy?? We waited for at least 15mins before getting our food. The food tasted super old and dry. I felt super sick and to top itall off I took apart the sandwich to add Chick-fil-A sauce and surprise no bacon on the deluxe sandwich instead we found thisbug!! Update 9/10/22. Greatly disappointed. Never received rewards for 2 meal combos from Hannah as promised. Big shout out to... Hannah!! Unfortunately our drive thru experience was not great..missing a few items. Contacted store manager Hannah who wasquick to resolve the issue. Never had this issue at this store before?always been spot on. Hannah was apologetic and was goingto place items with rewards in my account. Great customer service!!! Read more
Second time this week they forgot food in my order. Only seems to happen at this location! They forgot 2 4-count chicken strips.... No way of getting that money back or the food I paid for unless I put all 3 kids back into the car and drive back there.Definitely check your orders after leaving the drive-through! Read more

This chick fil a is always terrible. Lacking in customer service, quality, and the delivery of your actual food. The management... at the establishment on 9/29 at 1pm had no concerns with the drive thru not fulfilling orders and offering terrible customerservice. They push you through the line and give attitude when you want to check your order to ensure it is right, then themanager gives even more attitude when you call to address the issue.
