Worst experience ever at this papa John?s. On Monday July 18th I ordered a pizza at 9:52 I waited 2 hours just to receive the... pizza!!! I called multiple times to check the status as it wasn?t updating online, I couldn?t even talk to someone! Every time Icalled I got hung up on without even speaking with someone. When the pizza finally arrived at midnight! It was cold!!!! Waited 2hours for cold pizza ????. I?ve been waiting for a survey in the email about my experience so I could express all this and Ihaven?t received that either. There wasn?t even an apology for having to wait so long.
