We occupied our table 53 minutes total time from the time we sat down and were told to leave. My guest had never been to the Cat... Eye and needed 5 minutes or so to study the menu. Hostess came up 10 minutes after we finished our food and tells us we need toleave as she has a long wait list. I still had half a mimosa to drink and was told to chug it or get a to go cup, which I wasnot interested in. Then she asks if we will be back... will you promise? This place was so fun! Being a cat fanatic, as well as, a person who seeks local eats; I was left satisfied. The decor (mostly... cats) is cute and I felt cozy eating inside because the place is not too big but just right. I ordered the veggie burrito andwas able to finish all of it. Decided to stop in for breakfast on our last morning in Bozeman. Such a cute kitty vibe! Loved it. Seems to be a bit of a... system for alerting the staff that you're there - write your name on the clipboard and hope for the best? After feeling like Iannoyed one of the servers, we were acknowledged and seated after about 10 minutes. We were thrilled to have our first DietCoke of the trip (finally no Pepsi). My husband had the Tom Cat, and I had the Witch. Both were good. Based on reviews, Ishould have tried my Witch with gravy. Darn. Definitely check out The Way of the Cateye. Snarky just like a cat and slightlyoff-putting. Maybe I was cranky or my sense of humor is acting up. Read more
Just finished up our meal and I had to leave a review. My wife and I really enjoyed our meals. I had the biscuits and gravy and... they were great. We live in the south so I'm pretty picky when it comes to biscuits and gravy. We also got a side of the bananabread french toast which was amazing.
