My first time in to City Brew today and I was met at the drive though with Joss. She was incredibly rude and because I didn?t... know the terminology (first time customer) she was extremely rude when I called it a ?medium? and started laughing. I think during the mid morning rush my barista forgot to put everything in my pumpkin cold brew that usually makes it good lol... Not great, sorry to say. Seemed somewhat chaotic behind the counter. They're pumping out orders, but not with quality goods or... service. My tall latte was just a half cup of coffee + half cup of milk, just warm. Wrong! I ordered 2 goodies, but only gotone. I was already driving away, so I took it as a loss. Not going back. If all you want is a cup of java, should be fine. If you want to treat yourself, probably try a locally owned joint or Starbucks down the street. Read more
