Mission Statement: To provide Bozeman with Izakaya inspired, Montana comfort. This place is amazing - top quality ingredients,... creative menu items, superb taste. Austin recommended the Chicken and Waffles (what a twist!) and Local Oyster Mushrooms. Wealso had the Taiwanese Noodle Bowl with a soft boiled soy egg. Everything was absolutely fabulous. Of all the places we have tried in Bozeman this is one of the best. The food is excellent. The Pork, Ramen is delicious, rich... and well balanced flavors. Everything we tried here was great.
