Found a hair in my food. I'm not the kind to freak out over that, but I showed the waitress and told her that those boys should... put on hair nets. There was no apologies, no comps.,or discount. Sat through the rest of the meal, cooks never did put any heargear on. And during our meal we kept being stared at by the staff as if we did something wrong, it was real obvious we werebeing talked about. While paying the FULL price bill the Waitress told us that the manager was supposed to come over and talkto us but she never did. Read more
I?m a trucker an I stop in at Simmons truckstop a lot. Using the location for rest showers fuel but always enjoyed knowing... huddle house was right there I knew I could get some dinner. A decent cooked meal but can?t do that now since y?all close at 3what the hell. Now I gotta take my business else where an I?m. Not the only one from other truckers to others traveling. Horrible service experience - we waited 20 minutes for menus and drinks as the waitress (Tyeshia) assigned to our area went to... great effort to ignore us and pretend we weren?t there even after making eye contact several times. She made snide remarks forall to hear indicating she just could not get a break, obviously speaking of us and other customers. Huddle House do Tyeshia afavor and give Walmart a reference as her non customer friendly, don?t want to work attitude is comparable to their customerservice expectations. Came on a Monday for a rainy day breakfast. My family all enjoyed the breakfast options. French toast and pancakes, eggs,... sausage and bacon. Everything was good and the lady serving us was very kind. Our area was clean. Our food was done inreasonable time. The employees seemed nice. I would recommend. It was ok. The table was dirty and they forgot my boyfriends biscuit and gravy and when we asked for it it had been sitting... there for about 10 mins and they just poured hot gravy over top of it. Read more
