From 50 miles radius, this is the only place to serve bones and beef ribs. Not sure why, as it is part of the soup base. Why... other restaurants don't offer that. I hope the meat on the bones is easier to come off, but provided a knife as you need toshave them off. Update: 7/21 After the initial wow and disappointment from the last time, this time is to re-check.... Bothribs & ox tail are pricey, but portion do not match the price. This has got to be the best Vietnamese place I have visited in Manatee County. There are maybe three or four other places that... are also pretty good but this one has got to be the best. The service was excellent and very welcoming and the people that workthere are very kind and the food itself tasted amazing. I think it is the best broth I have had in a pho in a very long time andthat is probably the part that was most impressive was how they got that broth to taste like that! Pho Street brings it home with their phood! We enjoyed their vegetable pho and taro boba and it was absolutely delicious. Our... other family members with us ate the chicken pho with passion fruit boba and said the same thing! First off, every interactionwith the staff was so nice and everyone was so kind and inviting. Second, the restaurant itself is very clean ? the way it?s setup almost reminds me a a home away from home, a cozy little place to enjoy some amazingly tasty eats. Definitely give thisplace a try. I am a huge fan of Banh mi sandwiches and this place has great ones. Now I add a little of the sauce from my fried egg rolls to... my sandwiches. I like a little sweet to go with the subtle heat! We make regular visits here just for the sandwiches. Therestaurant is clean, friendly and quick. Heck, their restrooms are spotless! Also had the house sampler platter and a pot ofhot tea.
