Expensive smoothies that all just taste like banana and are too sweet. Wait time was absurdly slow even though we were the only... ones there. Weird interior decor. Wish they had vegan ice cream options and improved their smoothie recipes. I have some greatones so please reach out! *Edit* Replying to the owner's sassy response: Thanks for replying! If all your smoothies only tastelike banana, maybe you shouldn't name them anything other than being banana flavored. It's misleading. And like I said, I havegreat dairy free smoothie recipes that don't taste like banana, even though most have banana in them. What I suspect is thatyou're not freezing them before use. It's an important step! Also, yes I do understand that you're a ice cream shop. That's whyI wished you had dairy free ice cream. Online it said dairy free options, and I was excited for some yummy ice cream that Icould eat! But it ended up being only sad tasting smoothies (and I was not the only one to think so of the smoothies). Thus my"middle of the night" review (as if that makes me look sketchy or something lol). If you're not in the business of makingsmoothies, then please, make some dairy free ice cream! It's not hard, I've made some before myself. And at the end of the day,a business owner should always strive to meet customer needs and desires. That's how you stay in business dear. Not respondaggressively and attack every aspect of well-meaning critiques of your establishment, down to the time of day they were posted. Now I'll definitely not return, even if you end up making the best vegan ice cream under the sun. Learn some customer serviceetiquette (they do have classes for that btw! I've taken them!). How you reply to reviews on here tells a lot about you as aperson and as the manager of your business. I know lots of people, myself included, that don't eat at places once they seeresponses like this to reviews. Read more

The ice cream isn't bad. They rotate their flavors and to be able to keep up to date they put little menus out every day with... the flavors. Makes ordering a bit difficult, so find multiple things you like. Read more

Been going for some time now, when new owners first took over the ice cream was really good. I then noticed that when ice cream... started to be widely distributed that I would often get big chunks of ice in my scoop. Not ice crystals, chunks. There isn't anice cream here that I feel is worth the price. The focus doesn't seem to be on making a handful of good quality ice creams withquality ingredients, but instead to have every flavor, every sauce, and every topping. Frankly it's overwhelming to order. Theflavors change so often that you have to refer to the menu every time because the kind you liked last week probably was swappedout this week. I think its hard for staff to maintain orders too, they often add stuff I didn't ask for or leave outingredients. But by the time you get it, you've waited in line for 15 minutes and you already started to drive so its not likeyou can go back to correct it. As a resident of the town I am disappointed that one of the only historic buildings, that isopen to the public, has been renovated to the extent that it no longer holds any historical significance. I realize the buildinghas not been maintained as it should have been over the years, but to remove original tin ceiling tiles and boast that you'vebeen in business since the 1930's, to me, is contradicting. Now its covered in pine, it looks good for a cabin, but this was aniconic and nostalgic ice cream shop with a legendary reputation. I think its important to note that literally soft serve couldhave been the only offering and the line still would wrap around the building because people came here as a kid and want toremember. Now you can get it anywhere, in my opinion it lost a lot of what made it so special to come to Bradley. These are myhonest thoughts and opinions, I wish Jack the best in his future endeavors.
