I've been eating Jersey shore pizza for decades....there are good places, and there are bad ones. Rocco's was most definitely in... the GOOOOOD category. Ordered delivery late on a Sunday evening, arrived in less than the stated delivery time piping hot. Excellent pizza, perfectly... cooked, crispy and chewy crust. Delicious plain and mushroom, but what really stood out were the grilled veggies: Planks ofgrilled zucchini and eggplant with sear marks and all. I ordered a gluten free pizza and my husband went and picked it up. I opened it up and 1/4 of the cheese was missing? not moved... to the other side while traveling, it was just not there! So I called and they made me a new one. It was horrible. I threw itout. I have had many gluten free pizzas in other restaurants and this place should not use the crust they are using?. It wasflour tasting with holes that looked like a thick undercooked cracker. Their other food is good. Read more
