I love Bertucci's! We like to order pizza on 2fortuesday. They hook us up w/ yummy rolls, butter and the tasty dipping oil too!... They send good deals via email but not too often, like some places that totally inundate your inbox! We like to order RigatoniAbruzzi and Shrimp Rossini, but I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at Bertucci's. Give them a try. You won't regret it! Read more

Should have looked before picking up this burnt piece of crud we paid $20 for. Sporkie has ricotta, they put five little dots... after they cooked as they clearly forgot it! We will never be back. 15 years going here...what a joke! Worse every week. Like most of their stores, please just go out of business! Read more

My second visit wasn't as good as the first. I pretty much threw my pizza in the trash. I took it home because the salad filled... me up. Oh well, I guess you can't win every time. Also, I was told to wait for seating even though there was no one else inline and there were plenty of clean tables. I sat at the bar and when I left there was still plenty of empty tables. That wasseriously suspect!!! Times passes, but very little really changes, ugh!! I won't be breaking my neck to go back. Read more

We went for theirs 80s menu and the place was packed with a wait list. Was nice to see it busy again. It's usually quiet... whenever we went. Slight wait for a table and was seated at a booth by a very busy but pleasant manager. She did a great jobamongst the chaos. Kudos to the management staff that was working hard all around with one doing double duty as a busser. Mostof the servers and food runners were smiling even though it's probably been quite some time since they had a super busyrestaurant. The food was also on point except the salad. We got the Antipasto Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette, Pepperoni Pizzaalso Rigatoni, Chicken and Broccoli. Antipasto Salad was way over dressed and arrived so wet that eating it wasn't enjoyable(Order salad with dressing on the side in the future). We just picked out all the non lettuce items and ate that instead. ThePepperoni pizza was cook to almost perfection (the previous week it was quite under done) so we were super excited to eatit. The Rigatoni, Chicken and Broccoli was delicious also and the sauce was cook just right (had it at times were it was wateryand bland) and with enough sauce to cover ingredients completely. Broccoli and the pasta was a bit past al dente but stillok. We were full but saw the cannolis going by and we had to get one to try. It is a huge chocolate chip cannoli with chocolatedrizzle and cocoa dusting. I would been happy with a plain cannoli since all the add ons were a bit sweet for me. Our serverwas pleasant but only checked in on us twice (others brought our food) but it was a busy dining room. Thank goodness our maindishes were cooked well. This experience will get me back to dining in there more frequently again since it helped me move pastthe previous bad visits. We mainly do takeout. Thursday night was the dream team working and it was a great experience. Read more
