Long day of shopping and we didn’t want to leave the mall, so this place was recommended. Everything was okay from the BBQ... pizza, salad/ Hawaiian pizza, spinach dip and even the wine. Not surprised this place has a 3. Something rating/reviews. Was sat and never serviced by anyone. Had to eventually ask for... service and the tone/demeanor was unprofessional. I got up and left. I had a! REALLY! REALLY! BAD experience at this place they are the worst... we were out to do some shopping and my 3 years old... daughter and I was so much tired and hungry so my wife decided to get dinner at this place but was the worst idea, the gentlemanat the entrance was so much great but after we were seated for 30 minutes no one come and take our order we decided to left butthe worst part was when we see they were attending other families that came after ours and we didn't attend us, I just felt sobad and so mad. My boyfriend has a dairy allergy. We asked the waitress if they offered vegan cheese as their new menu offers a plant based... pizza. She said yes. We ordered a pizza and it came out with regular cheese. My boyfriend ingested the cheese, as he took twobites thinking the pizza was allergen friendly. We asked her if the cheese was vegan again, she said she had to ask the chefthis time. The chef didn’t know what vegan cheese was. We called a manager over to address the issue. His response waspathetic, he basically asked us if we read the menu, like he was intentionally trying to make us feel stupid. The resolutioncame down to he “comped” the pizza and gave us 10% off the check. They did not offer an alternative meal for my boyfriend.They did not offer any remorse towards the fact my boyfriend went home hungry yet ill at the same time due to their negligence.Shame on every employee from the server who didn’t pull herself away first to ask the chef. Shame on the chef for hisentitlement as he is not personally addressing allergies, and shame on the manager for trying to play the victim mentality likehe could have not killed someone had his allergy be more severe. After all was said and done we still fronted 100+$ for our 3drinks and remaining appetizers / entrees just to be treated like trash. Read more

We arrived at open. Only ones there. That was a plus. Server was very nice. Attentive. I asked for the non menu tri color pizza... and she said they didn’t but I pushed a little so she asked again and the chef said sure. Bonus points!! The corn isdelicious. My pizza was cooked perfect and tasted great. The wife’s shrimp was good she says. I got a half sandwich half soup.I would have just got the sandwich but they don’t sell it that way. ????. As we were finishing up they sat an onslaught ofpeople all at once. Maybe 8-10 tables. But our server, being the only one, was a champ.
