After a relaxing day at the pool, we decided to stop by Lychee Bistro for drinks and appetizers. Everything we ordered was... delicious, I can't stop thinking about the tuna poke nachos! They use wonton chips instead of regular nachos which gave it alighter more crispy taste.Yum! Beyond the food I must admit the drinks were stellar! A must try are their refreshing mojitos.Last night special flavor mojito was the fresh passion fruits mojitos! The owners came by a couple times to check on us. Funatmosphere - on the other side of the restaurant was a lounge party. Owner told us they have nightly events every Friday,Saturday and Sunday so we will definitely be back to check it out. I visited this place three Sundays ago and have been coming every Sunday since. I can’t believe I drove by this amazing hidden... jewel so many times without having stopped. The pepper shrimp on the Sunday menu is absolutely amazing. The signature lusciouslychee drink might be my favorite of all time. The wait staff, cook, hostess and manager are all phenomenal. Lychee Bistro has quickly become our most favorite go-to restaurant and local hangout spot with a great selection of quality and... curated dishes (You must try the lamb chops, hot stoned steak Pho, pork belly steam buns, corn ribs, lollipop chicken wings,lemongrass mussels), delicious cocktails (I highly recommend the ‘Lychee’), beers and other alcoholic drinks. Theirweekend brunch menu is wonderful (My favorites are the crab cake egg benedict, and Stuffed Mascarpone French Toast). Therestaurant is well designed and always spotless which are huge contributed factors to their great ambiance and wonderatmosphere. The owners, bartenders and their staffs are knowledgeable, super friendly, always gracious and fun to be around. Lychee has never disappointed and we’ve always had such wonderful time there. I had my son's Christening dinner at that restaurant on Sunday and I could not have been more pleased. I am so happy I decided... to go with them. The place is modern and absolutely stunning. The food is delicious and the owner was willing to work with meabout choices. We were able to decorate to our liking. When we arrived he had a team ready to help us and they were all amazing.My family could not stop raving about how amazing my party was and I could not have done it without their expertise. They evengave us a free bottle of champagne. If you are looking for the perfect venue to hold your event this is definitely the place togo. Read more
