This is one of worst McDonald's in the area. It can't be Fields Corner in terms of bad but it definitely tries. It had... renovations done recently and it certainly looks nice but the food quality is frequently hit or miss. A lot of the times I'veordered, the food tasted old and cold. They also do not seem to like people who use the app. Twice I've ordered using the apponly to wait significantly longer than I would if I spoke to a cashier, only to see my food just sitting there and beingignored. They also would forget my drink often even though it would be right next to the meal. Normally I'd just shrug it offand never eat there again but on the weekends I need a quiet space to work on my art and unfortunately the library is closed soI wanted to swing by the McDonald's to do it. However, seems like I can't do that unless I order something. Which is FINE it isservice for customers only but I wasn't hungry YET so I wanted to hold it off until I was ready to eat. But I could tell theManager wasn't going to like that answer so I just left. Not sure what the deal here is, seems like every employee ismiserable. I guess I'll walk the extra distance to Panera Bread instead. It costs more money and takes longer for me to gethome but at least i won't get kicked out for not ordering food the moment I step in. Absolutely horrible service!! Drive thru lady doesn't speak English. Keeps telling me hold on. Waited for almost 10 min before I... go inside and find out they don't even have what I asked for on the menu anymore. Seriously a WASTE OF TIME. hey Englishspeaking people in the drive thru asap!!!! Hands down this is the Best McD's in MA. The customer service and the Customer Service Experience is top Notch. The staff are... amazing and I viait this location during different times of the day. Last night I went to Pearl street, ordered a Big Mac and fries one of the worst burger I ever had, dry not enough sauce inside... they were not even that busy but all the kids were bust talking and pretty much throwing things around like those baggagehandlers at the airport it seems they did care what or how much they put the stuff on your burger. The beef patty looked like itwas couple of days old, dry and chewy that means it was sitting there for a while. I ate half and threw away the rest,complained to the girl there she offered another sandwich but I said no, never again this place is always worst food and worstservice! Very disappointing! Read more
