I visited this restaurant a few days ago and there is this employee named ?Carl? who works there and he started to argue with me... when I asked him why the price on the menu and the system was different. He kept arguing with me about it and then threw thesandwich towards me and says ?Get out from here?. The owner of the restaurant should probably take actions against him. This isthe worst restaurant and i would recommend people to visit this restaurant. The owner can review the camera footage as well ifshe thinks that didn?t happen. Read more

This is a solid Subway. It's pretty clean and the owners I believe work there so it's really efficient. It's located right in... the middle of Braintree across from chili's and next to Burger King and just off the route 3 rotary. So it's pretty convenientlocation. Let me just say... I?m impressed. I have never gotten good customer service at any subway but today was different. I went in for... my lunch and asked for a foot long veggie delight. The man proceeded to ask me if I was vegan or vegetarian which I responded?yes?. He then made sure that the subs with meat on them moved down the line before he put mine down. He then changed his glovesand did mine completely separate. It may not be that big of a deal to people or you?ll say ?they should do that anyways? butyou?ll be surprised at how many locations I?ve been to that don?t do it, or give horrible attitude if you ask them to!
