Unfortunately I had unpleasant experience. Employees were not trained well and had no clue what they were doing. When I asked to... give me one vanilla and one chocolate in the same cone, lady at the counter got confused and called their manager. Even managerwas surprised thar she called her for that. At the end What I got in the cone was less than half of the Like size and then theycharged me $9 for it and then manager came and made it $5. Anyways it was a big mess. Read more
Asked them for a vanilla cake with brownie nobody knew what one that was. Gave me a chocolate cake. Came home and cut it and... found out it?s chocolate. 3 employees and several times all 3 employees were more concerned about the online orders than taking care of customers in line.... I waited for 30 minutes before I was served. And not even an apology for the delay. I will never go to this location again. Theyshould have had 1employee handle online orders while the others handled the customers standing in line. Ordered delivery for waffle bowl (and paid extra) on two separate days and both times they only sent the ice cream. Second time... it happened we called them about it and they said it was because they ran out. So they ran out and didn't bother to call aboutsubstitution/refund and still charged us the full amount.
