It?s a bit weird that dine-in in Brampton appears to not be overly popular, but it seems to be the case for quite a few... restaurants in the area, and this was case for A&W too. The facilities were clean and orderly and the staff was polite., but theburger ?teen? combo was average. Overall it wasn?t bad, but there are better burgers elsewhere. Read more
I ordered poutine like I have many times from A&W - but this location's was horrible! Way too much gravy which tasted funny, and... hardly any cheese. On top of that I had to wait for the order (as well as a few other customers) but they weren't busy. Maybesome new staff? I won't go back to this location. Read more
I came to this location twice within a week, hoping my first experience was just a bad day for the restaurant. I was wrong. Not... sure how it takes 10+ minutes to make a single item, when the dining room is empty and there is only 1 car in the drive-thru.But it happened both times. When the food finally does arrive, it?s either undercooked, overcooked, but always DRIPPING withgrease. It?s as disgusting as the sticky tables. Staff should focus more on the orders actually being placed, rather thansetting up a dozen or so orders of fries just to sit under the heat lamp. Read more
