Hate the new paper cups. You can't see how much ice or bubbles they put in it. We 3 asked for less ice and our cups were half... full of ice! My drink tasted like sugar water---no brown rice or tea taste at all!! My 2 friends' drinks also didn't have muchflavour. We buy bubble teas almost every day and found this Chatime very disappointing. It was quite busy and we had to wait along time for our drinks. Read more
Drinks - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Ambiance - 4/5 Price - Higher End Visited this chai location in Brampton, and ordered 2 Mango... smoothies with boba and coconut jelly. They do not have coconut milk, so we decided to go with Mango Smoothie, with coconutjelly and crystal bobas. The drink was really refreshing and slushy. They also don't have the popping bobas. If you're lookingfor something with that, this place is no good for you. But overall, with the drinks they're offering it was pretty good andtheir ambiance is beautiful, you can easily sit there for hours! Read more
I love chatime but this specific location was terrible. I ordered for delivery and all the drinks were wrong PLUS one of the... drinks exploded (probably due to the terrible packaging of just throwing all the drinks in a plastic bag), missed instructions,wrong drinks, and 2 hour wait time... NOT WORTH IT :( really disappointed UPDATE!!! These drinks were purchased for my familyand one drink had a METAL SCREW!!! Still no one from the store has contacted. This is not only disgusting but a HUGE SAFETYHAZARD. Horrible establishment. 1 year update: they rectified this situation by providing us a $100 gift card to chatime And a"swag bag" which we never got. They also said they would update us on the situation and actual never followed up after the giftcard was given even though our main concern was the safety and it seemed like all they wanted to do was shut us up. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. I buy bubble tea on a regular basis (multiple times a week sometimes). This place used... to be good but now they are selling 8$ worth of ice. When I asked the manager if this was the normal amount of ice, she said itwas. I finished my tea and 3/4 of my large cup is still just ice. For a drink worth 8$, you are ripping your customers off. Theyalso changed the cups and are no longer see through and there was maybe 25% of the brown sugar when I asked for 100%. If youwant good tea, go to the bubble tea place on bramalea and sandalwood or by Dixie and queen. Third picture is after 40 min ofdriving. That's how much ice they put that it won't melt. Read more
