** This is a review of the service, NOT the product I placed an order from this restaurant via a food app, which was paid in... advance. I drove some distance across town to reach this store from my home, and upon entering the gentleman working the countertold me they do not have any food for me to pick up. It was not clear to me but I think he said they do not participate in thisapp's program anymore. His attitude was quite flippant toward me and he did not seem interested in providing me any sort ofcompensation despite the fact that I had placed an order from their establishment, even though it was entirely this restaurant'sfault for continuing to accept orders from this app when they had no intention of fulfilling these orders. I was simply told to"call them" (the app), presumably to get a refund. The refund will be processed, but in no way am I satisfied with my experiencehere. The entire episode could have been handled in innumerable better ways. Though I did not take any food home to review, Ican only suggest to avoid this restaurant because they clearly do not value prospective customers or keep their availability ofproduct up to date with respect to programs they are participating in. Asked for onions, mushrooms, roasted red pepper and feta cheese. The pizza was anything but all of the above toppings. I could... only spot onions or burnt out roasted red pepper. The toppings were non existent. The dough and the cheese were hard and stickyand the pizza was overcooked. I am not sure if this is a franchise but City South Pizza needs to take cognizance of thislocation's atrocious quality and service.
