I have ordered at least 3x in the last couple of weeks from this place using UberEats vouchers from work. This restaurant just... cancels without even bothering to call you. You just keep waiting on the status and discover that they cancelled the order. Ofcourse they refund the value of your voucher, but with less the Uber fees. I shd have learned the first time they bungled up myorder..and should not even have tried the second and third time as clearly they dont value their clients that much. I wish thereis a ?block the vendor? feature in ordering apps so I dont order from them ever again. What a disappointment! In this time ofpandemic where restaurants are complaining about loss of business, this resto is definitely going to lose more with the way ittreats its patrons. This Canadian-Filipino owned Resto/Catering Place has authentic Filipino food that are prepared fresh and are delicious. It has... comfortable sitting for 50 to 60 people. My only suggestion is for the staff to consider wearing their designated dress Uniformto even improve their popularity. You can order for pick up or reserve for sit in dining. Read more
Placed an order through UberEats. The order arrived in a brown paperbag (great for the environment ????) but it wasn't sealed.... The siniggang was in a round plastic container where the lid was melted from the hot dish. The grilled BBQ chicken was dry,covered with sweet BBQ sauce in an attempt to cover the dryness and only 1 stick for $4.00! The # of pces was not indicated inthe menu unlike the BBQ pork ($2.50 ea). This place is one of the hidden gems in Brampton! Location wise it?s in an older mall, but has an outside entrance as well. It... has been recently renovated and the care and thought that went into this renovation is very impressive. My brother had anintimate reception there for his wedding last weekend, and OMG ???? I mean this is the best way possible, the decor was lovely,the atmosphere most welcoming and the food!! Ok- let?s talk about the catering and food they did! Really nice salad, pasta,chicken and the steak was very tender and flavourful- better than most steak houses. The noodles they serve are very authenticand tasty. The staff are very fast and kind and the service was amazing. I really enjoyed the variety of food, and theflavour. I would definitely eat there again for the everyday menu- and if anyone is considering hosting a venue there like awedding or communion or birthday or anniversary get together I highly recommend the lunch box cafe and catering by Regina.
