Well No Mirchi or masala in the foods and none the less not at all indian tastes for the curries expect the naans and roti. I... think you should take time to make the curry flavourful rather than investing time in decorating its appearance.. waste of money.. too pricey.. veg platter is complete disaster.. Today I visited this restaurant with my friends. A long time ago I went this restaurant. Omg ,when I entered there I really... liked the new look and ambiance. so cozy atmosphere there. The meal tonight was so tasty and fresh.I was so impressed how theypresent their food. I ordered vege kabab, chopati chaat, mushroom jalfreezi and vege jaipuri. Staff was also so nice andhelpful. All the credit goes to their Manager. He was so humble polite ,very knowledgeable and personally stay in touch witheach and every table. As I entered the restaurant I was in amazed by the ambiance. The reception was great and the food was excellent. As it was my... birthday they presented me with a mini cheesecake , that was truly an excellent gesture and it was special, I had a fabuloustime . The place was packed when we visited and we had to wait 25 mins for a table and that lead us to believe the food would be... excellent but we were mistaken... Nice ambience though the music was very loud. We started with gobi 65 and chicken malaitikka based on the recommendations of our server. The gobi was terrible and just plain spicy with absolutely no other flavor.The malai tikka was average at best and you needed the chutneys provided to add some flavor. For the mains, we had the garlicnaans which were very good, along with daal makhani, dhabewali chicken curry and lamb Biryani. The daal makhani was very goodbut the dhabewali chicken was not. The chicken had a funky taste to it. The Lamb Biryani was average with way too muchcardamom... For dessert we ordered the kulfi falooda... And we were surprised when it showed up in a bowl instead of the usualfalooda glass. Pretty hard to eat with spoons. And it tasted okay as well. The tables weren't clean and the menus were coveredin greasy fingerprints. I also noticed the bar tender using bare hands to add ice to glasses.. Our server was, however, verypolite and courteous.
