Everything was good even pizza was delicious but the thing is that they don?t have cocacola
Worst service ever. This pizza place is near to our house so we order pizza from this place most of time but this is 4th or... 5th time they have done that. Firstly, they don?t put chicken , at all on chicken pizza and when I call there is no chicken onpizza , they would blame customer for ordering wrong then after arguing ,they would say okay we will send new pizza but theywon?t send until customer call them again 2-3 times then they will send cold pizza after an hour or two. One more thing theywill say to customer give wrong pizza back to delivery driver. I just hope they are not reusing that pizza which has come backfrom somebody?s home. Not ordering from them ever. VERY POOR SERVICE-- NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE We ordered a Pizza and went in the store for pick up. They gave us a wrong... order which we determined when we arrived home. We told them over the phone about the issue and the students (who work parttime) started to question us and our credibility. Later after a long conversation, they said the new pizza will come in 30 mins.Which came after 2 hours. It was water cold. In between, we called numerous times at the store and they said the delivery willcome in 2 mins in 2 mins in 2 mins which landed after 1.5 hours. What a waste of money and poor service. Not sure, if thisreview will open any eyes for the owner, but if he is reading this, he shall know that the staff at the location needs 1) bettercommunication skills and improve their customer service 2) He shall oversee the staff during peak operating hours 3) Thestudents (part timers) shall not make fun of anyone who calls for issues....Litterly we got insulted for a mere Pizza... Yesterday night my friends visited my home so i ordered pizza and 4 extra dippings so they dont deliver dippings as i have... called them 5-6 times and taste was not good my overall experience was really bad. Read more
