Pizza is amazing! The quality is EXCELLENT, the taste is EXCELLENT, the cleanliness and the customer service is phenomenal!... Price is also worth it. This is our go to pizza store. I recommend adding more healthier vegetarian sides like cauliflowerwings, or vegan low carb manchurian, offering other low carb options would be unique to a desi pizza store and will add on tothe experience. My review is not about the food or food quality. It?s about the lady who was at store. I was there at store by around 6pm in... the evening to pick order and no body was there. There was no bell nothing to use to notify them of my arrival. I was knockingat the shelf , transparent window , calling loudly but no answer. Then a lady arrived, I said Are you serious guys ? I amwaiting and calling for 5 mins where we?re you ? She said why are you yelling at me ? You have to enter again through main doorso that she can get notification/bell about my arrival? She was like stop yelling at me as she was having a kid at back so hasto take care of that . Instead of apologize, she was extremely rude and telling me to do my job properly . Now , tell me howmany times I had to enter again through the main door so that she could get notified about my arrival? Owner, is this the wayyou taught your employees to provide customer service ? If the employee like her can?t handle job responsibilities, the fire her. We don?t need a business , it?s for you and your employees are responsible for it .
