Food was great. Was told it would be 8 minutes for my meal after ordering - was just over 10. Before the wait started, there was... a brief period between ordering and paying. I had ordered a chicken sandwich combo and while one of the staff was preparing mydrink, I suspected that she, and the staff member that took my order, were making derogatory comments about me in Hindi. Whilewaiting the behaviour continued. My suspicions were confirmed when I chose to wait while sitting at the table closest to thekitchen area and loaded the Google Translate app I keep installed. Admittedly, I'm not 100% certain based solely on the wordsthat I was the target but either way, definitely inappropriate. I am still confident of my assessment as my initial suspicionwas based on the body language, eye movement and tone of voice. The staff seemed to be young. Hopefully as they mature astronger sense of empathy will incorporate into their personalities. But, as my review began, the food was great. One of thebest chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Read more
We ordered 14 pieces chicken deal through mobile order!! Received only 13 pieces, fries were cold. There is always new staff.... Chicken is hell greasy. Most of the time there system doesn't show the correct mobile order money so they end up charging meregular price. They lack of customer service skills. It was my son's birthday, he was excited to tell everyone that it's hisbirthday but nobody bothered untill we asked him to quit telling. Read more
Clean and spacious. Normally very quick in and out. Bathroom always clean when I go there. plenty of seats available for dining.... Staff very respectful and responsive. I ordered the rice and beans but they ran out. I ordered the chicken wrap and they said it wasn't on the menu even though it's... displayed on the menu. Warm pop served without ice. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location but I wantedto give the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the ghost pepper wings and they were great, no complaints there.But the larger man working here, manager? Was rude. I... had asked what quantities the ghost pepper wings came in, for some reason he proceeded to tell me that they're just chickenwings. Not sure he understands English. Then when I continued repeating myself, as it's a very basic question, he then proceededto ask me if I knew what a chicken wing was. Excuse me? Yes I'm aware, are you? I also witnessed a customer asking him aboutwhat batter they use and he just presented an attitude towards him without answering the question. I've seen multiplecomplaints on here about him and can remember him talking down about upper management. Absolutely despicable behavior, I'dstrongly suggest firing this a-hole of an employee.
