Very poor service. Ordered a Pao bhaji, the taste was ok, however there was some foreign object in the pav, I informed the... staff, he said I don't know how it came and he just moved. We order the aloo chat with dahi and chana, chole kulcha, samosa which is very delicious and pav bhaji. The over all test is... good. I would like to suggest that go for the normal dishes like aloo chat and dahi bhalle, samosa - bcs the test is so betterthan the Chole kulcha and lav Bhajji. The staff service is faster and good. August 2022 5* Visited the place with family for Saturday lunch. The place was busy but there was dine in available. This... place has limited menu and serve stuff quickly. It is like a good economical place so don?t expect expensive crockery andpremium service. It is truly value for money. Here is my food list: Chole Bhature ***** Veg Thali **** Shahi paneer***** Garlic Naan ***** Pav Bhaji ***** Lemonade ***** Staff is very efficient and working hard. The place is fully accessiblebut entrance is narrow and crowded as you need to pass through sweet shop. There is separate toilet for family and people withspecial needs. Only two suggestions: - The restaurant is using cheap utensil and plastic glass. On 15th Oct, Saturday, we ordered food for 40 people at the Bovaird and Chinguacoussy location. We had the following issues with... the food. We had requested the following items 1. Dal Makhni 2. Kadai Paneer 3. Achari Paneer 4. Tava sabzi (aloo gobhi andbhindi) 5. Raita 7. Rice 8. Roti and paratha We received both paneer sabzi as kadai paneer no difference. The girl who took ourorder didn?t even bother letting us know that it will be the same sabzi. The packing of the food was ridiculously done. (Picsattached) The salad was grossed out. (Pics attached) We had come and ordered the food all the way from Cambridge & this is whatwe got. We were your regular clients and due to your bad service had switched to other vegetarian restaurants. We thought totry once again. But are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way our order was handled and packed. There was oil all overthe car seat and in the kitchen counter. It seeped to the clothes that were kept on the car seat as well which damaged theclothing. We are extremely disappointed. Read more
