We ordered mixed veg Bombay chilli Frankie and chicken Tikka kathi roll. We asked for it, but it wasn't as spicy as expected .... Customer service was quick and courteous. Harsha was polite. We tried TO's for the first time last week and it was not at all a good experience. We ordered Kathi Rolls, their speciality and... it was really bad. They did not cut the roll properly. The sauce is dripping everywhere and the malai chaamp was soo chewy justas chewy as gummy god knows how old it was. Only thing eatable was fries in out whole order. Needless to say never returning.
