Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from! This is by far the best Thai Express restaurant i?ve been to and i?ve tried... a lot. Most of the reviews here probably complains because they?ve never worked in the fast food industry before so they don?tknow how challenging it is to work in a kitchen specially when it?s super busy. Not my first time getting food in this location but today october 17 cashier/cook lack customer service! I was gonna order more... but it felt like she is rushing me with my order and ask for my method of payment instead of confirming if my order, what sizeor is there anything else i would like to add! This is the worst Thai Express location. Since day one when they opened the food was poor. Okay fine... maybe the cooks need... more experience cooking this type of food. Months later the quality of food is still garbage. Noodle bowls are meh but thenoodles are overcooked and too soft, basil rice is bland/no salt at all/very soggy rice, green curry has broccoli in it/isbland/overcooked soggy rice/is also 90% white rice 5% cheap filler veggies 5% green curry. The list is endless as I've triedalmost everything they have. I not sure why I keep coming back to this location (maybe once every 2 weeks I get food from here)but after today I've decided I wont be coming back. I strongly believe you shouldn't either. There's a KFC+Taco Bell near by, apizza place, and a Tim Horton's. Take your money to one of those. Read more
This restaurant is a rip off, they charge $17 for a small container of noodles without meat. And they charge $15 for 4 chicken... wings. You?re better off going to Ample food market and buying the SAME food for half the price. And this place is not a highend restaurant but they set their prices like it. Read more

I disagree with those negative comments. Out of All the Thai Express locations I had ordered and tasted, this place is by far... the best! The others were so bland, and the cooks seemed sloppy, and too fast to cook my food, that it tasted bad. And again,the employees here are nice. Maybe the costumers are rude or trying to scam them, especially with Asians, because they think wecan't speak English or what. Yes, I see s*** like that happen, while I waited for my food.
