I have been going to this TH location since it was opened. At first it was clean and well maintained. In the last few years it... became a student haven it was filthy and very unwelcoming. So much that I had stop going due to the insanitary condition. I decided to stop by this morning for breakfast on our way out and I was extremely surprised and impressed...it was very cleandown to the washroom which was wiped clean everywhere. I lived in this area for 20 years and I always had bad experience in that location, but today shammi and sahara that was... working drive thru on October 4th at 5:05pm changed that for me.. they took my order, repeated it over to Me, and was sopleasant and friendly. I hope they get recognized because most of the staff there are not as enthusiastic as them. Read more
Worst service ever i had seen since in moved to canada. I ordered two steep tea and two chai tea. The moment we went through... window the lady gave us our order. I just asked which one is chai tea instead of just saying?she just show us the chai tea bagand show her attitude. Maybe she had a bad day but she could be more polite full. Never gonna came back here at this store.People who are coming should be well aware of this staff. Management should take care of it. Wanted to give zero star but unfortunately I couldn?t. Read more

Christmas decorations on the windows and they were rude to the customers by removing them from their seats to get to thewindows....Why couldn't you paint those windows at nights when the location is closed.
