This is a very bad place to place an either inside or drive thru, people that work here need to pay more attention when doing an... order. I placed an order for Sausage & egg sandwich couple months ago when we open the bag all messy egg/sausage, cheese is somessy and this morning again no sausage on my order. I called the branch I was told I should be checking my order each time tomake sure it won't happen again? Who has time early in the morning especially on drive thru to check each time before going,means holding the line and it takes longer on my time? i went to this location at around 12:45 PM on 31 oct 2022 and i bet that was worst experience i have ever had. i ordered a... coffee n croissant and waited 10 mins, all the other customers who ordered after me got their food then i asked a employee namedHardeep that whats going on. than he said he will give me my food asap. he also went to the back and never came back. Afteranother 10 mins i asked them to call supervisor she gave me very casual attitude nd didnt help me. she was wearing black dress.instead of giving me food at first place she was like i can give you refund. my 25 mins doesnt worth 6$ with which shecompensated. i hope that will not repeat with other customers. thanks Read more
After a disgusting display of service today, my family has decided to not only boycott this location but the Tim Hortons brand.... A staff member even went as far as to insult me when I tried to have them rectify my order. This location has been a part of myfamilies tradition longer than any of their disrespectful staff has been in this country. It makes me sad to know that TimHortons no longer represents quality product, customer service standards, or Canadian culture. Read more
Worst servive, I ordered 5 tea but after 10 minutes wait she said, sorry we only accepting cash. Same thing happened to me 3-4... times before. So , they should let the customers know before taking order and put a print out notice on their menu boards aboutthey are not accepting any debit and credit cards. Thank you Read more

Don't believe the positive reviews here, they're fake. They usually don't have what you want and on the off chance that they... do, they either make it wrong, or you're waiting a good 15 to 20 minutes for it, or both. I never write reviews. Sometimes youget bad service, it happens, it's part of life. I usually go back to places where I had a bad experience because 99% of thetime it was just a one off thing. But this location is consistently bad. Every single time. Whether it's the drive through orin person, the experience is the same. During the day, in the evenings, weekdays, weekends, it doesn't matter. It's almostastounding. To get me to take the time to even write this is a testament to that.
