To whom it may concern, I love going to Tim Hortons since my childhood! I have been to countless Tim Hortons all over... Canada! But today I happened to go to a Tim Hortons located at 15 Ace drive Mayfield Road And, Hwy. 410, Brampton, ON L6R3Y2.The cashier I interacted with was so obnoxious and unprofessional! The tone was so rude. Here is what happened, I ordered anextra-large double double she made it to me fine, but the coffee was cold, so I walked back in to get a hot coffee, but theresponse I got from the cashier was so rude she said ? No It's hot, & refused to give me another one.? So I had to call themanager to get a coffee. Do yourself a favour and never visit the above mentioned location!! No start at all!!! Read more
