Despite the place being less than 30% full, wait times were upwards of an hour, orders were incorrect (with extra charges being... added without explanation given at time of order), and food quality was also poor. Only portion sizes were satisfactory. Read more
Shameful. We are long term customers of this location and we?re done giving this location chances. Their portions have shrunk by... at least 60% within the last 3 months and we were told there was nothing they could do, it was head office. We used to receivelarge brown boxes of food, now we get medium sized takeout containers that they can?t even fill. Tonight we have placed our lastorder at this location. We ordered a double of wings and a $3 up charge of onion rings- we literally received 7 onion rings with2 pounds of wings. This is a joke. Don?t waste your money, $40 for nothing. Read more
Overall the worst experience I?ve ever encountered at a ?restaurant?. At approximately 12am i call to place a to-go order. The... lady hung up on me twice, mid conversation. When i called the third time asking if my order was confirmed she said ?yes, be herein 10 minutes?. I got to the restaurant around 12:20am and stood by the bar to pick up my order. The servers walked past memultiple times without helping me. After 10 minutes of patiently waiting I finally approached one server, asking for my to-goorder. They server stated she will go check for it. She came out a minute later and proceeded to go on her phone and failed togive me an updated. I then asked again and she said ?what?s in your order??. At this point i figured my order was never properlytaken. I re-read my order to her and she said it will be 5 more minutes. At 12:50am i was still waiting, i asked again for myorder and another server said it?ll take 10-15 minutes. At this point i was frustrated and would have walked out but thisrestaurant was one of the only places opened at this time near my house. Then 10 minutes later a man come and gets the orderfrom us and I physically see him now punching in our order. He states ?it will only be another 10 minutes?. At this point i wasbeyond frustrated with the unprofessionalism of this place. Just be honest from the beginning and don?t waste peoples time. Ifyou want good food don?t go here. After all that waiting (an hour and 40 minutes) i received my order that looked like it wasmade by a child. The wings were not even sauced properly? half the wings had sauce on it the others were dry, the poutine wasmissing some ingredients and the side of veg and dip i ordered came with one carrot stick and one celery stick. Lol please saveyourselves the hassle and mental capacity and do not go here. Very unprofessional and rude. Worst service I ever experienced!!! Dined in with 5 people and it took over an hour to get our food and all of the orders were... wrong. The waiter ignored all our allergy concerns, and kept walking away and talking with other people while taking our order.I will never dine in this location again !!!!! Just terrible!! Read more
