I realize that a good majority of the youth today have no clue to what an honest days work is, how to show up for work on time,... work without their phone in their hand, have any idea what customer service is all about, and have a clean establishment. All ofthis puts tremendous pressure on the management and just how to deal with it without being taken to court by your staff. I donot recommend to be the first ones to arrive when they open, especially more than 4 of you....wait a few hours until the entirestaff gets there and maybe you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time and just maybe your food will be hot also. Ordered online and did curbside pickup. When I got there right at the quoted time my order was ready. Parked in the designated... parking space and waited 20 minutes. Not one person came out. Called the restaurant to tell them I'd been waiting and all shesaid was "someone will bring your order out to you when it's ready" and hung up on me. This was over 20 minutes passed the timemy order was supposed to be ready. Finally, someone brought me my order. Won't be going back here again! Ridiculous! Read more

If it starts wrong it ends wrong and I should've just walked out when we were seated because of where we were seated. Terrible... experience. Sat next to a party of 15 that was having an event. Had to yell across the table in order for my mother to hear meand vice versa. The server had no sense of urgency and was terrible at her job. No one ever checked how our meals were oroffered us refills when our cups were empty. I will go to Applebee's but I will not visit this location anytime soon. Read more
