Today, October 9, 2022 ? For delivery, I ordered a family meal with four sides ? Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, sweet potato... casserole and creamed spinach. Instead of creamed spinach that I was charged an extra $1.19 for they gave me corn. I will notorder from here again and by word of mouth I will advertise their incompetence. I had previous enjoyed coming to this restaurant, as it was a quick way to get a good sized meal, for a reasonable... price... However, as time wears on both the quality of food and most certainly the quality of service has taken a nose dive.The food is just not the same, either over cooked or just simply burned, which if you aren't paying close attention will ruinyour meal once you take it home. The service is just as horrible. How many times is acceptable to tell the person behind thecounter that a meal is to-go? Three times? Four? Six? Eight? At some point, it becomes annoying, even more so when an order alsoneeds to be repeated that many times. Tldr: Food is no longer good, service equally bad. Just pass and go to a formalrestaurant. My husband and I order our take out dinner meal this evening. He got their spicy chicken nuggets large combo and I got the 1/2... meat combo. The nuggets were dry and tasted horrible. Plus he did not get 12 in the count. I on the other hand, received verydry rice along with cornbread that tasted like cake which did not taste like cornbread. And our corn tasted bad. Drive thru take forever when is just 2 cars I asked for steam veggies and they give me mash potatoes, three times the employee... asked to me and I said steam veggies, When I get inside to claim about they give me the wrong side they lady told me they areout of veggies and she want to me take broccoli. I get so mad I left my food there because I believe isn?t fear after you takelong time in the line waiting, say three times you wants veggies nobody said nothing, is like you go to the gas station and youpaid for diesel and they are out and give you gas instead. Went to the Temple Terrace Florida location. I ordered the 3 piece dark dinner and received a leg and a thigh cut in half to... make three pieces. That's not three pieces. We also ordered the quarter white chicken dinner, the breast was small and the wingwas over cooked and unable to be eaten. What a joke over $22 no more Boston Market. Read more
