I placed a order on 08/21/22 . On line. I ordered the 4 pack of Cinnabon rolls. They were delivered. I didn?t get what I ordered... they brought me the mini Cinnabon rolls a nine pack. They didn?t even have the courtesy to reach out to me to let me know theydid not have those. So they just gave me whatever they had. That?s not good customer service to me. Absolutely the worst Cinnabon I?ve ever been to in my life. Every time I try to go like an hour before they refused to sell. He... straight up said there was no cinnamons when I saw Sam right behind him. The second time I try to go the same thing happenedagain the third time I try to go and I don?t know why I put myself through it ma the woman yelled at me about how they?reunderstaffed and they could not sell six pack Cinnabon?s for the 1999 price because they were selling out too fast so I had topay for the individual packs one by one which are like five dollars apiece so I Donely get four so if I wanted to get six ofthem I?d be over $30. The staff is rude and look like they just rolled out of bed. I purchased a bun today because I had a craving for one. I asked if... they could put more icing on and the lady said it would be $.50 extra. I told her that there is barely any icing and shesqueezed the bun, and said, yes there is, it?s seeping everywhere. To avoid an ugly confrontation I said whatever and left. Theicing should not be ?seeping? from a Cinnabon. That means you put the icing on when it was too hot! All the Cinnabons look extracrispy with watered down icing.
