I'm usually a fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but not this location. Service is hit or miss whether it's at the drive thru or inside the... shop. They're not as friendly as they used to be. Make sure they know what you ordered because they have mixed it upbefore. The donuts (especially the cake ones) don't taste particularly as fresh as ones I've had in the past. The doublechocolate donut that I had recently was served cold and dense. They don't separate the bagged frosted donuts with paper. Theyalways get stuck together. So just expect that if you order 2 donuts. The new everything bagel minis with the cream cheesefilling are tasteless. I'm not sure how you make an everything bagel tasteless. Don't waste your money on the mini bagels. Theselast visits after the pandemic have been very disappointing. Trying to get out of the drive thru to make a left hand turn thereis horrible during peak hours. The cars are lined up past the drive thru window when the light is red. You have to drive aroundthe building to get in line, or simply make a right hand turn. That's not their fault. Unfortunately, it will keep me from goingback to this location because it's no longer a quick in and out visit. I'll leave on a positive note. The coffee is alwaysgood. Besides the rude Spanish girl at the window taking orders, she makes it very obvious she hates her job. The bagels are smaller... and more expensive.. the food is just sloppy all together. Need to get it together. Read more
Just why I don't understand why we can't get a Hot donut why are they always cold that's just gross. Breakfast sandwiches are on... point really good but man come on a Hot donut would be nice and I also ordered a side of bacon and the bacon was also cold comeon now! ???? Read more
I?m typically not picky what so ever but today I stoped by and ordered a mocciato with almond milk. I received literal black... coffee for $6 . No sugar / nothing other than milk that was premixed in. Tried to call and let them know but phone just kept onringing and eventually hung up. Read more
