This place has always been great. Never messes up an order and staff was always friendly. NOT today...they messed up the order... and didn't realize it until at home. (I check but normally don't here because they normally do a stellar job). When I call, theemployee on the phone said sorry and as the conversation continued, he told me the lady whose order I had been given was here, Icould just being it back to her and pick mine up ???? I finally asked for a manager waited for 5 or 6 mins and a lady picked upand was asking for my order, I explained and she knew but said I couldn't talk to the Manger because it was rush time. Shefinally told me he would call back since they had my info. No call back and I paid more for the order than the pizza I wasgiven. Ridiculous! Read more
This is our go-to chain pizza place, mostly because their meatballs are delicious, but the sauce and crust are better than the... other big chains. We usually get pizza once every other week, and we've noticed a pretty big difference between what you get ona less busy day like Thursday (good) versus a busy day like Friday (hit or miss).
