So me and my family came to Florida for a funeral and decided to go to red lobster for dinner .The lobster bisque soup was so... salty no one could finish it. the drinks had no taste and I had a crawling insect in my salad. 1) Lauren, our waitress, gave us good service. 2) When we got sat down, the hostess wiped something off the table with her... hand, I asked her if the table was clean, she said yes, but I had my doubts. When we got our biscuits, I noticed that one of thesmall plates was dirty. 3) The strawberry smoothie that I got was okay. Not terrible, but definitely wouldn't get it again. 4)The food was good. 5) When I asked for A1 sauce, the bottle that was handed to me was dirty. I had to use some of my napkins toclean it. This was pretty gross. 6) When I went to wash my hands after eating, I noticed someone was in the stall. They walkedout without washing their hands. I noticed, out of the corner of my eye, they had all black on. Before I walked out, I noticedan apron was hanging in the stall, so whichever employee that was missing an apron, around, 1PM, is the employee that didn'twash their hands. Super gross. The waitress might have given us good service, but between the dirty plate on the table, the guynot washing his hands is what really hands in the restroom, and the dirty bottle of A1 sauce, we definitely will not be back tothis location. This was my first time going to this location in six months. The building and the facility is deteriorating, as some of the... carpet was dirty and we could hear the buzzing of the fluorescent lights. Our waitress was nice and took care of our needs. Igot the Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo. The dish was better than I had it last time since they added garlic into the recipe. Was atotal upgrade for me. The cheddar biscuits were very good as always. We had the pleasure of being served by Megan tonight. She was very friendly and her smile lit up the room. Just her attitude and... the way she handled our requests made our meal better. She was great! I also noticed how all of the staff got along and wasfriendly to each other. With all the negativity in the news, it was great to have a fantastic meal alongside happy customers andstaff. It was a great night out!! Read more
