If they can make a great cup of coffee for me and my severe dairy allergy, imagine how great the rest of their coffee is! I?m not someone to be rude to people! But this was very bad service, I love my Starbucks and most people are soo kind! But this... Starbucks needs better management. I went through the drive thru to order my drink and a food item, after waiting 20 minutes inline, I get up to the window, the lady cannot take my bill of 50$ because they don?t have change but I had an extra 10$ for mydrink, the lady did not care to ask me if I still wanted my drink, she just froze up and looked at me. Very sad with thiscustomer service, I work in retail and I would never treat people like that. Read more
