Friendly if busy staff, I have a speech difficulty but it generally doesn't get in the way. One reviewer left a complaint about... the "very sweet girl", I had the same problem and that's why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. I was asking for a chamomiletea and after about 5 minutes of guiding her down the list of teas she understood. Read more
I had to explain myself 4 times about cheese on a bagel- and then had to call as it was wrong, then I had to come back and... re-explain all over again. Very sweet girl but lacking English essential skills.. I should NOT have this much of a problemasking for extra creme cheese on a bagel... and then having to reiterate myself over the phone and then again in person. Read more
