The worse fast food place in Brandon. This restaurant doesn?t even earn the 1 star, so the fact that I have to use it in order... to leave a review, is giving them more credit than they deserve. I have been disappointed too many times to count. Having towait in line for 30 minutes each time for something small like a burger and a drink is absurd. Not to mention, most of the time,something is missing from my order and sadly, even old, especially the fries. Maybe I should be checking my bags, but afterwaiting in line for so long, it?s just a habit to get the hell home and not make anyone else wait. When I call, I?m told I cancome back for the missing or old items, which no thanks. I?ve already wasted my time, and money for what I initially ordered.Then I?m told I?d have coupons sent, never received them on multiple occasions. Today, the food was thrown at me. I?m just gladI had a hold of it before they let go. Now onto the next thing where they?re always out of something or just don?t have it.Couldn?t get a single coffee drink today because they were out of something. The last time, they were out of slushies. The timebefore that, it was apple pies and I could go on and on. I?ve lived here for 5 years to give anyone an idea of how long I?veexperienced the same thing, over and over. Why I kept going back is beyond me. Then they advertise all these delicious bakerygood on or around the menu. Welp, not allowed to order those either because since they?re attached to the gas station, assumingit?s a contract they have and since the gas station is the one with bakery goods, they?re not allowed. I ordered for my husband my 2 kids and myself, when I got my food my 2 burgers were not cooked I took a bite and they were pink... inside so I brought it back in they made me new ones great ????. Then when I got back to my vehicle one of my kids said Mom myburger is not cooked either so I brought it back in. When I brought it in the young lady that was taking the orders and runningthe finished product out to drive thru, got irritated with me and the young man in back was asking if it was the same order asthe first 2 I brought in and then was told to shush as he was about to finish his comment. I get it is fast food and it getsbusy, but some people want their food done all the way thru. I wouldn't have said anything about it here but the reaction I gotfor this from the young lady and young man upset me. When the guy cleaning the floors says "Any more pink and it would jump offthe bun and moo at you", he clearly agreed this was not cooked properly and I had every right to bring it back.
