A fun experience despite the store being incredibly busy! We entered during a large rush, in which the line was out the door.... However, the employees behind the counter made quick work of the line, and managed to be friendly and entertaining despite theclear high stress! Make sure to tip the employees, as they'll sing a little Cold Stone song for the whole store to hear! Theemployees were also very skilled, throwing ice cream high in the air and catching it in a bowl for customers! The team clearlyhad great synergy and made the wait time, which also wasn't too long as they worked very fast, go by quickly! Overall, a greatplace to stop and enjoy some ice cream on a hot day! They didn't have any seating for their customers to sit down and enjoy their ice cream. Absolutely none.. we had to eat it... outside and it was 103 degrees also there was flys all over the cones which were stale. Read more

Went in to get icecream on 11-27 at 6:15, saw some tables and asked if we were able to sit indoors. They said no, of course we... decided to leave due to it being cold outside and having young children with us. The young dark haired girl proceeded to stickher tongue out and dance.
